I’m Dale, the founder of Builder Studios, and I created this space because, as an entrepreneur launching a new business, I needed somewhere professional to meet partners and collaborate.

When I first walked through the old building that is now Builder Studios, I saw the potential to provide Davis County with an affordable, flexible place where entrepreneurs like us can get meaningful work done.

As a scrappy entrepreneur myself, I wasn’t ready to spend thousands of dollars on cramped offices at big-chain coworking spaces, and I knew I wasn’t alone.

At Builder Studios, we offer multiple conference rooms, both large and small, so you can gather with your team, meet with partners, or host prospects in a welcoming, professional environment.

We also have private call rooms and a two podcast studios, perfect for virtual meetings or creating high-quality content, no laundry piles in the background.
